PROBLEM

There’s nothing particularly “sexy” about the natural gas business. That’s probably the reason most gas companies’ marketing sounds the same (boring.) Gas South realized that a lot of its content was just as monotonous, but saw an opportunity to stand out by rethinking its brand communications.

SOLUTION

We partnered with Gas South to develop conversational, easy-to-understand messaging for key touchpoints: from new customer onboarding to promotions to shut-off notices. Simplifying the language meant diving deep into business processes, deconstructing industry speak, and challenging the status quo. 

The result? Content that was friendlier, more empathetic and, dare we say, “warmer.”
